Leading by example

My mind and thoughts have been so random lately. I've been taking this Zoloft for awhile now, and I really am starting to see and feel the changes in myself. It's like I can finally catch and pin down thoughts and concentrate on them. Which makes for a MUCH smoother creative process, and solving problems has been easier as well. Before I would just panic, and shut down, now I don't panic as much :)

Building financial security?

So I've been on kind of a DIY standstill. I've had a lot of stuff going on, and this is my blog, and let's face it, no-one is probably going to read this, atleast not for awhile. So we, my dears, are going to take a momentary detour from tutorials, to my life as me :)

I have really been looking forward to writing this post! This is a list of staple items that I always keep around for doing any DIY projects. Some are common sense items, and some are not. In any case, these are the things that make my crafting process easier, and I hope you find something here that you could use as well! So here we go :)

Hiya darlings! 

I have been super busy lately! Had an amazing Thanksgiving with my Fiancées' family. Mama Bebe (His mom) cooked most of the food, and Debra (his brother's wife) brought a few dishes, and I contributed a little. A little tidbit of info, I've mentioned that my Bubby is a sous chef, and amazingly passionate and talented in the kitchen. . . well the apple does not fall far from the tree!! I swear, no matter who cooks the food, it's always amazing! I have gained a lot of weight since we started dating lol!

I've missed you!

I have not written a blog post in forever! Unfortunately I have been very sick! Last Saturday was my Nana's surprise party, and everything went great!! She was super surprised, there were tons of people, the food and cupcakes were delicious, she LOVES her new Kindle, and everyone had an awesome time! I got messages, and calls for days afterwards with people complimenting me on the party, and thanking me, so it was awesome :) I could not have done it without my Chef Bubby, or my family's help!
